Hi, I'm Ricky.
I design products by bringing together the things I care about most: understanding people, solving real problems, and telling a clear story.
I found my way into design before I knew that's what it was called, providing live support, helping patients navigate their digital experience, and building the tools my team relied on every day. That's where I learned that the best design begins with empathy.
Today I use that same mindset to create digital experiences that feel simple, intentional, and genuinely useful, by making every screen and interaction earn its place.
